Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. – Matthew 6:34
Overthinking, worrying about the things that are yet to happen is a suffering to the body, mind, and soul. Things in the future are unpredictable yet we have this innate nature to worry about our future. Do not worry about it, destiny will take care of it, time will sing to you the melody of your future, be in tune, add some ornaments or groove things up by garnishing your song with dynamics. Hope is crucial, never lose hold of it because it is the faintest yet the brightest light at the end of the tunnel, every bedraggled wretch situation could be overcome by a ray of hope. Never be pummeled by overthinking, cling on to the hope of whatever you believed in, and hope for the best. Overthinking is just an addition to your problem. Thus, stop worrying about your future, do your best, be satisfied by your efforts, not the results.
